Programs

Little Brilliance offers hands-on enrichment experiences through small-group cohorts, homeschool enrichment, workshops, and special events.

Programs are intentionally small, interactive, and built around meaningful participation, collaboration, and real-world learning. Cohorts are designed for children ages 4–6, while family workshops and special events may welcome a broader age range depending on the event.

Whether children join a cohort or participate in a single-session experience, each program is designed to help children build confidence, independence, social development, practical life skills, and academic readiness.

Cohorts

Cohorts are small-group learning experiences designed to give children consistent opportunities to explore, contribute, communicate, collaborate, and apply learning through hands-on, real-world experiences.

Cohorts may include summer learning sessions, homeschool enrichment, and other short-term or semester-based learning experiences.

Summer Cohorts

Summer cohorts are short-term enrichment experiences built around a central theme. Children participate in stories, discussion, hands-on learning, practical life activities, movement, role play, and collaborative projects.

Homeschool Enrichment

Homeschool enrichment cohorts are designed for families seeking structured, small-group learning experiences that support peer interaction, hands-on learning, practical life skills, and real-world academic connections.

These cohorts are a good fit for established homeschool groups, as well as individual families who want their children to connect with peers while developing practical, social, and academic skills that support their learning and development.

Little Brilliance serves families across Houston and surrounding areas. Complete the interest form to help us understand where interest is strongest as we finalize upcoming fall and spring cohort plans.

Workshops & Special Events

Workshops and special events are single-session experiences that invite children and families to explore new topics, practice practical skills, and participate in meaningful learning together.

Workshops are not limited to the 4–6 cohort age range. They are designed for families with children of varying ages to learn, create, and make meaningful connections together. Age recommendations may vary by event based on the activities planned.

Workshops may focus on:

  • Food experiences
  • Culture
  • Science
  • Service
  • Seasonal themes
  • Practical life skills
  • Family learning experiences
  • Other real-world learning opportunities
